EPISODE DESCRIPTION
In this episode we begin with a definition of the scientific method and science as a body of knowledge. We then consider the roots of the separation between science and spirituality/religion and how that continues in the modern era.The true nature of existence and the reality of the 'invisible hand' is discussed in terms of quotes by Tesla, Carl Sagan and Einstein.
The main section is premised on the idea that science offers a mechanistic explanation of existence and spiritualism explains how that relates to the individual.
We also explore the differing perspectives and viewpoints and the ways in which they complement one another.
