EPISODE DESCRIPTION

In this episode we discuss the ideas that encompass a utopia and how they compare and contrast with a dystopia.

From a historical perspective we consider the writings of Plato and Thomas More. The philosophical aspects of a utopia are outlined in terms of the physical space vs the mental space. 

We then consider utopia in terms of political ideology and religious doctrine. The episode concludes with a lively discussion about Mike's vision for a utopia and how it could be implemented.
